Cowl cover — removal and installation
1. Remove the wiper arms (see Chassis electrical system).
2. Remove the side cowl seals from both ends of the cowl.
3. Remove the two pushpins, one at each end near the fender. Using a small screwdriver, release the four mounting clips and remove the louvered cowl cover by sliding it forward and out (see illustration).

4. Remove the wiper motor and linkage (see Chassis electrical system).
5. Remove the cowl mounting fasteners (see illustrations) and remove the cowl from the vehicle.

6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
